TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE CONTEST

1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions:
The Glenwalk Meet & Greet Contest (“Contest”) is a consumer promotion scheme (“Promotion”) sponsored and organized by Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP (“Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP” / “Promoter”) and managed by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. (“Agency”)

Any customer participating or seeking to participate in the Contest shall individually be referred to as (“Participant”) and collectively be referred to as (“Participants”), who shall participate in their individual capacity only and shall not be represented by any third person / party at any stage of this Contest.

Reference to Winner in Terms & Conditions shall be applicable to any Participant who has received any communication/ acknowledgement from the Promoter and / or Agency that such Participant has won any Prize under the Contest.

By participating in the Contest as provided hereunder, the Participants may win a chance to have a meet & greet with Mr. Sanjay Dutt (“Celebrity”), subject to these Terms & Conditions.

(i) These terms and conditions shall govern the Promotion and all matters incidental thereof (“Terms & Conditions”).
(ii) By participating in the Promotion, the Participants hereby agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms & Conditions which are available at www.glenwalkmeetandgreet.com (“Promotion Website”). The decisions of the Promoter will be final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Participation, registration and eligibility to win any prize is subject to fulfilment of all the Terms & Conditions set out herein.
(iii) The Promotion shall be subject to and governed by all applicable central, state, and local laws and regulations in force in the respective states and union territories where the Promotion is conducted.
(iv) No request for rescheduling, extension or replacement of the Prize shall be entertained by Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP.

2. Contest Period: 

(i) The Contest Period will commence from 12:00:00 A.M on 10.05.2026 to 11.59:59 P.M on 08.07.2026 (“Contest Period”).
(ii) Time of participation will be deemed to be the time at which the entry is received and recorded at the system of the Agency.
(iii) Entries coming outside the Contest Period will not be eligible for the Promotion.
(iv) Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP may at its sole discretion terminate the Contest prior to the end of the Contest Period or extend the same without prior notice. 

3. Eligibility:

(i) This Promotion shall be open only to Indian citizens, who have attained the minimum legal drinking age as prescribed under the applicable laws of the respective states, as set out in Annexure “A”, forming a part of these Terms & Conditions.
(ii) The Promotion shall not be applicable in any state or union territory, where such promotions are prohibited by applicable law. 
(iii) Subject to other criteria and conditions stated in the Terms & Conditions of the Contest, the Contest will be open to all eligible residents of the state of Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh only with the exception of employees of Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP, their respective affiliates, agents, distributors, retailers, agents and any other channel partner of Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP and Agency, and their immediate family members.
(iv) The Contest shall be valid only on selected stock keeping units of The Glenwalk Blended Scotch Whiskey (750 ml) (“Promotion Pack”).
(v) Non-promotional packs may also be available in the market. 
(vi) Any unused Sticker after the Contest Period shall be deemed expired and shall be non-renewable, non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable under any circumstances.
(vii) Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP reserves the right to disqualify and/or disallow any Participant and / or withhold Prize from Participants found to be ineligible or in breach of these Terms & Conditions, and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude any person from participation in the Contest, at its sole discretion, without assigning any reasons.

4. How to Participate:

(i) Scan the QR code as provided on the sticker (“Sticker”) affixed on the Promotion Pack or visit the website www.glenwalkmeetandgreet.com.
(ii) Register by entering your Name, Mobile Number, City from drop down, and proceed to submit after accepting Terms and Conditions.
(iii) Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile on the website and submit to complete participation.
(iv) Participants will also get a Thank You message stating that their registration has been included for the draw on completing participation on the website screen.
(v) If a participant is a shortlisted winner, they will receive a call-back from the Agency’s customer service team.

5. Prize(s) / Reward(s):
a) For the purpose of this Contest:
1. “Winners” shall mean participants who have won the chance for Meet and Greet. For the avoidance of doubt, all winners will be announced based on the uniqueness of their entry.
2. The Participants shall refer to the Terms & Conditions as applicable to the Prize. 
3. “Prize” shall mean winning a chance to Meet and Greet with Sanjay Dutt, details of which are elaborated in section 5(b) hereinbelow.

b) Prize: Meet and Greet with Sanjay Dutt for 25 (Twenty-Five) winners. The meet and greet date will be finalized and communicated to the Winners post the completion of the Contest.

Participants to take note of the following terms with respect to the Contest:

(i) Prize once conferred upon the Winner, cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event that the Winner does not accept / claim the prize in the time and manner stipulated, then the designated Prize will be forfeited and cash or any other compensation will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
(ii) Any unclaimed Prize shall be non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for other goods or services or other forms of compensation.
(iii) The image of the Prize depicted on the press ads / posters / TVC's / Promotion Pack etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual Prize may vary from the depiction or claims made. 
(iv) Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP shall provide the Prize on an “as-is basis” and without any warranty or guarantee concerning the quality, conduct or comfort, and Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP and its associates, affiliates, management, directors, officers, agents, representatives and employees shall not be responsible for or liable (including but not limited to the product and service liabilities) for deficiency and / or defect of any product / service and / or the Prize or for any kind of consequential damages / loss in any manner whatsoever.
(v) Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP or its agencies shall not be liable for unavailability of the Prize due to acts of God, governmental actions and other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.
(vi) Any Participant of the Contest who wins a Prize during the Contest Period shall not be eligible to win any further Prizes.
(vii) Winners will not be allowed to bring any companion for the Meet and Greet.
(viii) Details of the Meet and Greet (date, time and city) will be shared two (2) days business days before the date of Contest at the discretion of Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP. Dates and details can change at any time at the discretion of the Promoter and availability of the Celebrity and no requests to change the dates shall be entertained. 
(ix) Travel-related Prize components, including but not limited to flights and lodging, shall be provided at the Promoter’s sole discretion and will vary based on the geographic location of the scheduled Contest.

6. Selection of Winners:

(i) Winners for the Prize will be selected from the pool of eligible and valid entries received during the duration of the Contest. 
(ii) The Winner shall be selected on the basis of the unique mobile number and unique Email ID (if collected). More than one entry from the same mobile number and Email-ID shall not be recorded or entertained.
(iii) A total of 25 (Twenty-Five) shortlisted Winners only will be selected based on randomised computer-based selection process at the end of the Contest.
(iv) Prizes will be given subject to the Winner satisfying the verification process and documentation requirement of Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP.
(v) The Winner shall be responsible to comply with the registration process, related formalities, and production of any / all such documents / information as may be required by Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP and the Agency or authorities in connection with the Prize. The PAN card, Aadhaar card, Passport, or Voter ID will be the documents based on which the verification will be done, if required. 
(vi) All decisions with respect to, including but not limited to, campaign participation, Winner selection, Prize details, and communication shall rest solely with Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP, and such decisions shall be final and binding.
(vii) Any participant who has won the Prize, will not be eligible to win the Prize another time for this Contest.

7. Contacting Winners:

(i) If any Participant has won any Prize, the Agency appointed by Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP may contact the Participant and inform them of the Terms & Conditions in which they are eligible to claim their Prize. The Prize shall be offered only to Participants who fulfil the eligibility criteria and complete the verification process within the time stipulated by the Promoter.
a. KYC process: In case of a positive response from the shortlisted winner, each such shortlisted winner will be required to confirm age, identity and address over the phone on a recorded line and share a government issued identity card and address proof within 48 hours as part of the know your customer (“KYC”) requirements. Participants who fail to provide the KYC documents within the stipulated time will be deemed to have forfeited their claim to the Prize without any further notice, and no claims for the Prize will be entertained after the document submission timeline.
(ii) A maximum of 3 (Three) attempts would be made to contact the shortlisted Winner. In the event the number is busy, unreachable, or the Participant does not attend the call, the shortlisted Winner shall not be eligible for the Prize, and another Participant shall be shortlisted.
(iii) If any shortlisted Winner remains unreachable on the third attempt or is not interested in continuing in the Contest or is otherwise ineligible to participate, the Agency shall conduct up to 2 (Two) more random selections to shortlist a Participant. If even after a second random selection, if no shortlisted Winner is able to complete the KYC requirement or is not interested / non-contact / no response, no Prize shall be declared for that slot in respect of the Contest.
(iv) No Prize will be awarded if the information presented by the Participants at the time of entering the Contest is incorrect / incomplete or found to be inaccurate upon due diligence.
(v) No justification / explanation for non-receipt of the KYC or any missing documents shall be accepted.
(vi) In the event of the death of the confirmed Winner, no claim from the nominee or his / her legal heirs of the confirmed Winner shall be entertained for receiving the Prize.

8. Publicity:

(i) The Participants undertake and irrevocably and unconditionally permit Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP and / or the Agency to cover the Promotion through various media including newspapers, radio, television, news channels, internet, point of sale materials, digital media etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest, or demur to such coverage or in this regard.
(ii) Each Participant understands and agrees that their entries may be used by Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP and / or the Agency in relation to the Promotion. All the rights including but not limited to the intellectual property rights, copyrights, and all other allied, ancillary, and subsidiary rights in the entry/ies shall vest with Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP absolutely for perpetuity, throughout the world.
(iii) The Agency will collect the Participant’s personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the Participant agrees that the Participant shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest. By entering the Contest, unless otherwise advised, each Participant also agrees that Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP and / or its affiliates may use this information or disclose it to other organizations for use in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the Participant. Participants’ personal information may be disclosed to government authorities, and their names may be published on its website / platform.
a. Withdrawal of consent: Participant may withdraw their consent to receive any information from Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP and / or Agency at any time by mailing (their name, email address, and any other information that can be used to identify themselves) on feedback@bigcity.in.

9. Intellectual Property:

(i) All rights, title and interest, including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights, in the promotional material(s) and in any and all responses received shall vest solely and exclusively with Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP at all times. Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP or any person or entity permitted by Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP shall be entitled to use the responses received or any information in connection with the entry in any media for future promotional, marketing, publicity and any other purpose, without any permission and / or payment to the Participant.
(ii) All material submitted in connection with the Promotion (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) and / or any photographs, video and / or film footage and / or audio recordings taken of Participants shall be deemed to be assigned to Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP upon submission and shall become the property of Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP exclusively. Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP may use such material in any medium in any reasonable manner as it deems fit. Participants agree to give no objection certificate to Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP, if required, for Copyright registration purposes.

General Terms & Conditions

1. The Prize is only applicable to select retailers of Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP and shall not be applicable to employees of Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., their clients, agencies and their immediate families.
2. This Prize is subject to promotional availability. This Prize is not exchangeable for “cash”.
3. This Prize is not for sale.
4. Photocopied, torn or mutilated Stickers shall not be accepted.
5. The Sticker has no monetary value and / or non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
6. The usage of the Sticker is subject to the Terms & Conditions, which shall be complied by the Sticker holder and / or purchaser. 
7. A maximum of 1 (One) Sticker may be used per person, per mobile number, per email-id per account during the Contest Period of Promotion.
8. Only 1 (One) Sticker per registration will be entertained. Multiple Stickers cannot be registered together.
9. If you are registered with Do Not Disturb (DND) service, you will not receive an SMS confirmation from us. Please mail us at feedback@bigcity.in for any queries. If Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd has already emailed or sent SMS, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd will not re-send the Sticker code to any new or corrected email address or phone number nominated by the Participant.
10. The “How to Participate” instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions. For detailed Terms & Conditions please visit www.glenwalkmeetandgreet.com. Any costs associated with entering the Promotion, including accessing the Promotion Website, are the responsibility of each Participant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
11. Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP and / or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible in the event the Sticker codes have expired for any reason whatsoever.
12. Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP and / or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd and the stores are not responsible for any loss or theft of the Stickers.
13. No duplicate Sticker shall be issued to the customers under any circumstances.
14. Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP and / or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network and / or any combination thereof and / or any other technical failures including any damage to Participant’s and / or any other person’s mobile handset or computer related to and / or resulting from, participation in this Promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this Promotion.
15. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; and (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
16. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable laws.
17. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter's Promotion Website or the information on the Promotion Website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the Promotion Website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion shall constitute a violation of applicable criminal and / or civil laws in force and in the event of any such attempt, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to take appropriate legal action and seek damages to the fullest extent permitted under law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms & Conditions or any act or omission of the Participant in relation to the Promotion, the Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
18. Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP and / or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. accepts no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Stickers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning the quality / availability of featured offers. Promoter and / or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged stickers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and / or prices without notice.
19. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is acting as an executing agency for this Promotion and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed Prizes, incentives, stickers, etc beyond the applicable period of the Contest Period.
20. Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered as Stickers under the Contest. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. of such a product or service.
21. The Terms & Conditions of the Contest may be amended during the Contest Period by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and / or by Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP.
22. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
23. Contest valid from 10/05/2026 to 08/07/2026 i.e., Contest Period of 60 (Sixty) Days.
24. Promoter: Glenwalk Scotch Distillers LLP.

Note: The above legal drinking age is based on applicable laws as on the date of these Terms and Conditions. Participants are advised to verify the applicable legal drinking age in their respective state/union territory. In case of any change in law, the prevailing legal provisions shall apply.
